MANILA, Philippines — A 41-year-old South Korean fugitive is facing deportation proceedings after being arrested in Taguig City over alleged involvement in illegal gambling activities, the Bureau of Immigration (BI) said on Sunday. According to BI, Lee Seunghyun was arrested last Oct. 13 in Barangay Western Bicutan following a request from the South Korean government
